Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers stunning views of the castle and the Black Isle from the small but comfortable and very clean rooms. Although the bathroom was tiny, the room's cleanliness stood out. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, and the location is ideal for exploring the city center near the Inverness castle. The dining experience was pleasant with a good selection, and overall, the hotel provides good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms, although slightly compact, were cozy and had plenty of storage space. The view from the large windows was amazing, and the bathroom was smartly designed. Everything was exceptionally clean. The service from the staff was excellent, they were so helpful and cheerful. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with lots to see and do. Dining was peaceful and the food quality was very good. Overall, it was a great experience with a few minor downsides.
Staying at Redcliffe Townhouse was a mixed experience. The spacious and recently decorated rooms with good showers were a delight, but being in a basement room with no natural light or ventilation and a damp, musty smell left much to be desired in terms of comfort and health safety concerns.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were cozy and warm. The decoration in our upstairs room was exquisite, but there was not much space to move around. The service was very welcoming and helpful, especially in Inverness. The location was ideal, within walking distance of downtown and Inverness Castle. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good meals and freshly made smoothies.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although well-decorated, were directly above the noisy kitchen, making it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the rooms were equipped with large TVs, kettles, and biscuits. I did miss having a vanity mirror for a whole day, which was a downside.
The hotel is across the road from the main building, and access is not easy. The rooms are fairly small and somewhat tatty, with limited head height on one side. The shower space is quite tight. The service is very friendly and welcoming, with staff going out of their way to assist. The location is great, near Inverness Castle and close to River Loch Ness, with an outside bar area serving fresh pizza. The dining experience was excellent, with prompt service and plenty of choices. The facilities overall are good with some untidiness noted from a previous event.
